Grupii - SXSW (WIKITUBE)

Grupii is a revolutionary idea that people are working on right now in SXSW.

The idea is to grab all the information from twitter on events of importance and keep it at one place.
The idea is good and needs effort.

The idea that just emerged is

Why not something like "Wikipedia + YouTube"
Just the name tells about the idea and it's huge potential. People definitely need something on these lines.

SWOT - Seems to be good.
Strength - First Mover Advantage
Weakness - People can do this in You Tube. But its not organized.
Opportunity - Marketing Companies - Advertisement
Threat - YouTube can do that any point of time.

Execution of Idea - It is the key, need to ponder on execution of the idea.
Monitoring of Idea - Once the idea starts wokring, monitoring should not be a problem.

AutoRikshaw-Taxi Network

I believe this idea has good potential.

Idea evolves around making a network of auto and taxi + GPS system + Customer Call Centre for maintaining the eco-system. Need a financing system for installing GPS in taxi/autos.

Revenue Model - To be finalized but could be 10% of Revenue earned due to system.

Strength
Customer gets Auto comfortablly from any place.
Taxi/Auto get more business.
All competitors in private domain ex MERU, Radio Taxi.

Weakness
Need to deal with low grade people.

Opportunity
Advertisment banners on taxi/auto may be taken through us.
It can be India Wide system.

Threat
Competitors may replicate the system.
Mapping of address in Google Map to GPS at India Level.

Overall Idea rated is 3.5 in my views.
